Jerry H. Shaw. President

Mr. Shaw is a twenty-five year, retired veteran of the Los Angeles Police Department. He spent the majority of his career in the elite Metropolitan Division. Metropolitan Division is constructed of three platoons which includes S.W.A.T. and the response/counter assault teams. They are responsible for the security needs for personnel and site protection for numerous Foreign Heads of State, the President and Vice-president of the United States, high profile witnesses, valuable property details and witness/officer security.In the Greater Los Angeles area, Mr. Shaw assisted in establishing the security on the homes and offices of many foreign dignitaries, including Counsel Generals of Canada and Turkey.Mr. Shaw has attended many seminars regarding security needs including the nationally renowned San Luis Obispo School of Terrorism, the United States Secret Service School of Personal Protection and the State of California School of Personal Protection.

He was the principal owner of a security company, Security Consultants, for over four years. During this period, he consulted and established security for, among other corporations, Metromedia Productions. His role in this company was to plan, establish, organize and conduct security audits for his clients.

As a principal for SSA Security Group, Incorporated, he has overseen the security planning and establishing of security plans for McDonald’s Restaurants, American West Bank, United States Credit Bureau, Alpharel Micro- Chip Manufacturing, the City of Fullerton Transportation Center, Mathews Studio Group, Inc. and many manufacturing facilities in the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas.

Lastly, during the 1984 Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles, Mr. Shaw assisted in planning and implementing the security needs for the Olympic athletes at the Olympic Village located on the campus of the University of California at Los Angeles.

Mr. Shaw is a member of many professional organizations involving security and investigation. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Terry M. Segraves. Vice-President

Mr. Segraves is a twenty-six year retired veteran of the Los Angeles Police Department. He, too, was assigned for fifteen years to the elite Metropolitan Division. During his tenure, he established many security plans for dignitaries from many nations and actually supervised the implemented plans.As an assistant platoon leader he was tasked to create a liaison with the United States Department of State and the United States Secret Service on many details involving high risk security needs for dignitaries from a myriad of nations including the President and Vice-president of the United States, high profile witnesses and many foreign Heads of State. This included the planning and establishing of security in and around the temporary housing for these individuals.As a principal for SSA Security Group, Incorporated, he personally supervised, consulted and established the security for McDonald’s Restaurants, Alpharel Micro-Chip Manufacturing, the City of Fullerton Transportation Center, Mathews Studio Group, Inc., Hollywood Rentals, Inc., the United States Credit Bureau, American West Bank and many personal security operations. In each, the previous security problems were eliminated.

Mr. Segraves has attended many seminars regarding security needs including the nationally renowned San Luis Obispo School of Terrorism, the United States Secret Service School of Personal Protection and the State of California School of Personal Protection. Similarly, he has lectured in these fields to groups in varying degrees of expertise.

During the 1984 Summer Olympic Games held in Los Angeles, he consulted and established the security for the Israeli contingents and the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra, El Al Airlines at the Los Angeles Airport and the Turkish contingents to the games. Mr. Segraves was also part of the team that established the security for the Pope during his visit to the Los Angeles area in 1987.

Mr. Segraves is a member of many professional organizations dealing with investigation and security. He, too, is a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Robert L. “Bob” Good, Vice-President of Securitv Operations

Mr. Good is a recently reitred 30-year member of the LAPD and has worked as an officer and Supervisor in Patrol, Vice, Training Division (Academy-Supervisor of the Tactics & Physical Training Unit), the elite Metropolitan Division and the SWAT Platoon. His last assignment was to the Air Support Division as a supervising pilot.

As a supervisor in the Metropolitan Division, (SWAT) he created a liaison with the United States Department of State and the United States Secret Service on many details involving high risk security needs for dignitaries including the President and Vice President of the United States, foreign Heads of State and high profile witnesses. As an example he was the lead supervisor on President Nelson Mandela’s visit to the United States as a time when there were signifcant threats made against his life.

His experience in establishing, implementing and supervising crime suppression details throughout Southern California leading to a vast reduction in crime stems from his innate ability to assess a situation and bring it to its lawful conclusion.

Mr. Good has attended many seminars regarding security needs including the nationally renowned San Luis Obispo School of Terrorism, the United States Secret Service School of Personal Protection and the State of California School of Personal Protection. Similarly, he has lectured in these fields to groups in varying degrees of expertise.

Larry Chamberlain, Vice President, Security Operations

Mr. Chamberlain is a recently retired 30+ year member of the LAPD and has worked Patrol, Vice, the elite Metropolitan Division and the SWAT Platoon of Metro, as an element member/operator. His last assigned to Air Support Division as a pilot.

As an element member/operator in Metropolitan Division (SWAT), beyond tactical operations and execution of those operations, he was tasked to assist with supervision in their liaison with the United States Department of State and the United States Secret Service on many details involving high risk security needs for dignitaries from a myriad of nations including the President and Vice-President of the United States, high profile witnesses and many foreign Heads of State. This included the planning and establishing of security for these individuals from motorcades to fixed post endeavors. He assisted in the establishment of many security plans for dignitaries from many nations and the President and Vice-President of the United States and actually was involved in the implementation of those plans. As an example, many times he was the assistant lead on visit to the US by dignitaries and foreign heads of state who had significant threats at that time. He also assisted in the planning and worked a myriad of crime suppression details throughout the city that led to a vast reduction in crime in those areas he worked. He is well versed and extremely proficient in these types of detail.

Mr. Chamberlain has attended many seminars regarding security needs including the many dealing with the subject of terrorism, in service training in tactics and patrol operations, the United States Secret Service School of Personal Protection and the State of California School of Personal Protection. Similarly, he has lectured in these fields to groups in varying degrees of expertise.

During the 1984 Summer Olympic Games held in Los Angeles, he consulted and assisted in the establishment of the security for many of the contingents and participants of the games. Mr. Chamberlain was also part of the team that secured the Pope during his visit to the Los Angeles area in 1987.

In the private sector, for the last 3 years, he has worked and supervised security details of all types. He has established the security plans of many of these details. As an example, he assisted in the deployment of the security of the MGM Plaza in Santa Monica following 9-11 and worked the daily mission. He has also supervised the personal security of many celebrities and VIP.s.
